|Market This Week
||We had a volatile last week and this week too the markets would be volatile. Global cues are not favorable with global markets correcting all over. We must really wait and see what the budget has to offer and all the investors should wait on the sidelines and let these events play out. We must wait for the market to settle down after factoring out all these events. If there is a correction from these levels or so then a lot of fresh investments would be seen. Investors would certainly take this opportunity to increase their exposure to equities. On a broader perspective, actually all these events including the budget will have at best a short-term effect on stock prices. Long-term, what we need to look at is lower inflation, lower interest rates, improvement in GDP numbers and improvement in corporate profits. We are on track with respect to these factors and hence, long-term, we are bullish. This week, you must enter into any recommendation which falls under Pharma, Banking, IT and Cement sector. Otherwise we must all wait for the dust to settle down.
